Effective protection and reliability with the SCHS Sample Conditioning Heated System

The Welker SCHS Sample Conditioning Heated System properly conditions a flowing gas stream and protects analyzers from free liquids. Analyzers are fortified by a 3-stage protection system.

The first stage is the liquid eliminating probe assembly with integrated liquid and sediment filtration, allowing for gas to be properly conditioned for the analyzer.

The second is the heated regulator, which applies an effective sample heat retention before point of regulation to mitigate the Joule-Thomson effect and prevent gas composition from being compromised.

The third stage is the automatic liquid shutoff, which applies a fail-safe shutoff in the presence of liquid in the system.
